Keely was born in the South, but considers herself a Colorado Native and she was raised in the mountains of Western Colorado. Her children and grandchildren were born and raised right here in our beautiful valley.
She is the managing broker and owner of A La Carte Real Estate and has over 30 years of experience in the client and customer service-related industries. Prior to her real estate career, she was a business manager and owner of a retail store in Aspen, CO.
Keely’s extensive experience in helping her clients and a passion for real estate led to a smooth transition to her real estate career. She is approachable and patient and has a way of finding creative solutions to problems that may arise. She has a passion for helping people and a love for our community and our mountain lifestyle. Her personal touch will make her the ideal person to help you buy, sell, or manage your home and property.
Laura Reagan
REAL ESTATE AGENT
Laura is from Manhattan, Kansas. After living and working abroad for a number of years, Laura landed in New Castle to teach Spanish at Coal Ridge.
Later she worked as a paralegal, at a title company, and as a front desk attendant for a real estate firm in Rifle.
Laura enjoys being a listing agent for the creativity involved in staging and marketing a home. She appreciates each of the features of the home so she can clearly communicate them to potential buyers.
Laura sees property management, in part, as matching the right tenant with the right location. The end goal is to make the real estate investment successful for the owner. There is also a rewarding feeling in matching the right home improvement professional for the needs of the house.
Laura is eager to do the accounting involved for landlords because it provides insight to the average yearly costs of home maintenance in our area.
Laura executes database research relevant to pricing homes, and brings numbers to the table to support a buyer’s offer.
When she’s not crunching numbers for her clients, Laura enjoys walking her dog Beau.
