MLS is shorthand for Multiple Listing Service. A non-agent marketing service can advertise your home, but only agents can post homes on the Multiple Listing Service. The Aspen Board of Realtors partners with the Glenwood Springs Board of Realtors and chose Flexmls as the company to provide the Multiple Listing Service. This is important because when a property “hits the market” it means it appears here first. So in a competitive market, when you need to schedule a tour as soon as it hits, you need to have your alerts set up in Flex. Laura likes to text or email homes out of Flex.
