The Aspen Association of Realtors and the Glenwood Springs Association of Realtors joined together for one multiple listing service.  According to our agreement each agent who signs a listing agreement with a seller will publish the pictures and details of the home here first.

In a seller’s market, it is important as a buyer to have a realtor call the listing agent and schedule the showing as soon as possible.  This means you’ll want to have your buyer’s agent be searching with you.  With Flex, your realtor can invite you to a portal.  She can also save a search and you can choose to receive alerts when a new home that fits your criteria comes onto the market. 

Laura considers herself a matchmaker as a buyer’s agent matching the client to the location, house type and price. When she goes through the hot sheet, or list of recent additions or changes she will text or email a listing to a client. 

Laura can generate reports on the comparative value of the home against other comparable, recently sold homes with Flex, and be confident of the accuracy. 

This app covers the upper Roaring Fork Valley including Aspen, Basalt and Carbondale.

It covers the Crystal Valley including Redstone and Marble. 

Glenwood Springs, New Castle, Rifle, and Silt are covered by this app.

The area covered by Flex extends south to seasonal and remote homes in the Grand Mesa or White River National Forest.  

The area covered by the app extends north to Meeker and Craig. 

This also means that occasionally there are seasonal and remote homes in the Flattops to the north that will show up here first. 

Parachute/Battlement Mesa, Debeque and Collbran are all covered by Flex. 

Some homes in Grand Junction are also listed here, in addition to being listed on Paragon, the multiple listing services for areas farther west including and around Grand Junction.
